Key Responsibilities
Selected workers will be responsible for:
- Assisting with demolition and site preparation work
- Loading and unloading construction materials and equipment
- Performing basic construction tasks such as painting, tiling, and plastering
- Cleaning and maintaining work areas
- Safely operating hand and power tools
- Following workplace safety procedures and company guidelines
- Supporting skilled tradespersons including carpenters, electricians, and plumbers
- Transporting materials between work sites
- Carrying out additional duties assigned by supervisors
Requirements
Applicants should possess:
- Ability to perform physical labour and lift heavy objects
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Reliability and punctuality
- Previous construction or renovation experience is an advantage but not mandatory
